Tested Compatibility
One of the difficulties of emulating games is getting them to run properly, particularly cross-brand systems like N64. Every game we’ve included has been fully tested and tweaked for best possible performance. Some aren’t perfect, but all are completable.
WiFi Update
It’s hard to imagine, but stock PSPs can’t connect to modern WiFi. Tech advances left it in the dust. Thankfully, a recent update to the ARK firmware fixed this glaring issue, and you can enjoy online gaming and downloads like you would any other modern device.

Don’t think that just because we’re not a company like Sony that you won’t get the same level of service.
If your system starts acting funny, we’ll troubleshoot and walk you through it. If you need repairs, or want to transfer to a new console, we’ll make it happen. Remote support is entirely free, you only pay if we have to handle the console directly.
The PSP, despite its age, is still being updated and improved, and new content is released sporadically. When something essential comes along, we’ll let you know and provide everything you need to upgrade. If you find something you want for yourself, ask and we’ll make it happen.
